Bangladeshi citizens and residents often need to legalize/apostille/authenticate/notarize different commercial and non-commercial documents from different consular offices located in New Delhi, India. These documents must be authenticated/attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Bangladesh. A visa seeker generally comes to our office or communicates virtually to avail of our service and pay the service charge in full. A case officer generates a unique ID and Tracking Number for him. His case is then passed on to the Consultancy Team.
Documents and passports are received at the counter and screened for accuracy. All the documents are checked thoroughly and the clients are informed if any other document is required.
After receiving the documents in the Visa-Aid New Delhi office, appointments are arranged depending on availability. Demand Drafts/Bank Deposits for legalization fees are made prior to Submission.
At a given date, the documents are submitted to the designated Consular Office. Receipts/ICR Invoices are acquired and shared with the clients through email. Please note, before submission to an embassy, the documents may require to be submitted to Bangladesh High Commission, New Delhi for attestation.
During the processing, the Consular office may ask for additional information. At times, the processing is delayed for various reasons. Visa-Aid communicates with the visa office throughout the processing period.
The legalized/apostilled/authenticated documents are collected by the Visa-Aid New Delhi office after the confirmation of collection received from the visa application center/Embassy.
