A visa seeker generally comes to our office or communicates virtually to avail of our service and pay the service charge in full. A case officer generates a unique ID and Tracking Number for him. His case is then passed on to the Consultancy Team.
Consultancy Session
A Consultant talks to the visa seekers and acquires necessary information associated with his/her purpose of visit, travel plans, financing plans, etc. The consultant takes note of everything and suggests the best possible approach to prepare the applications. Clients are informed about the step-by-step process.
Case Assessment and Customized Checklist Generation
A team of consultants discusses the case based on information recorded during the Consultancy Session. The list of primary and supporting documents that the client may need according to his/her purpose of visit and traveler profile is finalized and sent to the client.
Document Processing
All the necessary supporting documents such as different official letters, reservations, and forms are prepared and sent to clients for review before finalization. Documents from the client’s end such as copies of passports and visas, photographs, Identifications, Financial statements, etc. are acquired from the clients and complied with in order.
Case Delivery
Clients visit our office prior to their Embassy appointment dates to pick up the compiled document pack. A brief is given to the clients about the possible activities that are to be carried out at the time of submission in a visa office/embassy/visa application center.
